The new plugs can be used prior to these axle S/N breaks. The plug is six per 138866A1. Also effective with axle S/N WA1219 and WP1218, the combination of (2) 892-11006 6 mm lockwashers and (2) 614-6012 bolts, not shown, were replaced by two pieces of 112486A1 self-locking bolt.
