D127913 hydraulic pump assy - Around June of 1992 the supplier part nbr for this pump was changed. It was originally supplied by Vickers but that portion of business was acquired by J S Barnes. The internal construction of the pump was changed but the Case part nbr did not change as there was no exterior physical change to the pump and form, fit and function were not affected.
Service breakdowns are revised to reflect the internal changes (refer to tech analyst catalog for ECN D923010 for parts changes). Earlier pumps had an encapsulate wear plate which served as a gasket to seal between the sections of the pump. Pumps with the new supplier part nbr use different wear plates and a sealing ring between sections. The sections have a machined groove to accept this seal.
