D126821 was subed to R46465 per ECN D981032 by mistake. R46465 is too long to work in the application. It is recommended to install a knob-style hand throttle. Order kit D137517. See NLB SB 002 87.

Old cable was L103880, which subs to D126821 cable and D128905 tube. The reason for this is that the old and new cables and tubes are not interchangeable. Must use L103880 cable with L103584 tube. Must use D126821 cable with D128905 tube.
