Within P/N L123997 steering control valve assembly which includes the column, you may have either P/N D83218 valve assembly shown on this Figure or P/N L128420 valve assembly shown on Fig. 5-8. In order to determine which valve assembly you have, check the manufacturers number. It is located on the data plate on the valve housing. It is important that the correct number is identified because the bushing and seals are different in the two valves.
