P/N 17-221 & 17-222 are the same as 17-111 and 17-109 except that the axle end has an adapter style U.J. Kit, 17-145, which is half mechanics and half Spicer. These were used when the Transfer Case had mechanics style yokes and axle had Spicer style. It is suggested that to avoid problems, order 17-109 or 17-111 along with 2 of 17-145 adapter as this will allow servicing tractors with 05-054 or 05-162 as well as 17-221 and 17-222, on preceding page, by subbing the adpater joints as neeeded.
